Thank you for shopping at Uforia Muse Online! 
Uforia Muse is happy to offer a full refund on your online merchandise within 15 days from the date you received it.

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise will not be refunded. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and tags still attached.

Online Return Procedure

 

If you don’t love your Uforia Muse purchase and wish to return please follow these steps:

 

Email customercare@uforiamuse.com within 5 days of receiving your package to request a return. Please include a description of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is approved you can drop off the return at the 13th Avenue location or return by mail to :

If you wish to drop off items to be returned at our 13th Avenue Location:

 

Drop the return off with a sales associate at the 13th Avenue location (the items must be unworn and tags attached).   Your return will be given to the online department to be processed and once approved you will receive a confirmation email indicating the refund will be paid to your account within a few days. Alternatively, you may exchange your online purchase for something in store at this time or for a store credit. Please note we cannot offer a refund at the time of drop off.

 

If you wish to mail your package:

 

Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original mailing envelope using the return seal. Address the package to the address above.Take the package to your nearest post office within 15 days of receiving your order.  Please note that costs associated with shipping and handling for returns is the customer’s responsibility and the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

 

Once the return has been received and approved (the items must be unworn with tags attached) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid to your account within a few days.

 

Please Note:

 

Uforia Muse reserves the right to reject returns sent past the return period limit or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received. Please allow for up to 2 business days for processing after the return is received.

 

BOGO Sales: If you are returning an item bought at full price during a BOGO sale, you will be charged full price for the discounted item and refunded the difference between the sale item and the item bought at full price.
