Payments.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal and prepaid debit cards. If you would like to use a gift card or store credit which you received in store, please let us know through email at customercare@uforiamuse.com. A member of our team will get back to you ASAP with information on how to proceed.

If I have a giftcard from one of your stores, can I use it online?

Email us at customercare@uforiamuse.com with the number on the back and we will change your giftcard to an e-giftcard for you. You can also call the store if you would like this process completed more quickly.

Is it safe to order online?

Of course! We are a member of “Verified by Visa” and “Secure by Mastercard,” which provide additional security when using your cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, like your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit or debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our site can’t be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

 

Processing.

How do I know you have received my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order details. This information will also be emailed to you, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order has been shipped. If an email does not appear to have been received, please check your spam folder.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, our fulfillment team will have already started processing it (we’re fast)! So we would be unable to make any changes.

Can I track my order?

Once you’ve received your shipping email you can check the status of your order anytime. Here’s how: click on 'My Account' and simply place your order number into the ‘Track my order’ box.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We're sorry to hear that! Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order via email at customercare@uforiamuse.com. Please include your order number, and further details of your issue. A member of our team will get on this, ASAP!

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere! Internationally and within Canada. 

How much does shipping cost?

$12 flat rate for all orders within Canada
Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping 

 

$20 flat rate for all international orders 
Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping internationally

     

    How long will shipping take?

    Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

    Of course! You can have your parcel shipped to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organization in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.

    What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

    We ask if you could patiently wait up to 4 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a shipping delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you.

    Can I pick up my order at the store?

    Yes, pick up is an option at the 13th Avenue location only. Simply select the "Pick Up" option at the time of checkout. Your order will be ready to pick up on the next business day. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your order will be ready for pick up on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be ready for pick up Monday.

     

     

     

    Returns.

    If my item doesn't fit, can i get my money back?

    Uforia Muse is happy to offer a full refund on your online merchandise within 15 days from the date you received it.

    Shipping and handling on returned merchandise will not be refunded. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and tags still attached.

    If I see something on your instagram but not online, can I still order it?

    Of course! Call us, direct message us on insta or email us and we will send you an invoice.
